The accuracy of detection is ensured by selecting an appropriate detection algorithm and increasing the detection frequency, and the instantaneity of time delay data detection is ensured in a distributed deployment way. The method comprises the following steps of: selecting the distributed deployment way to increase the detection frequency; performing the time delay detection algorithm including a simple network and a redundant network; detecting at the frequency of multiple times every 5 min; and finally performing computation to increase the accuracy of detection.
