Problems solved by technology

At present, the determination of soil density relies on borehole sampling and laboratory tests. However, due to the disturbance of sampling and the loss of water in the process of transporting soil samples, there are often errors in the results of laboratory tests, and it is difficult to represent the in-situ density of soil.

Abstract

The invention discloses a nuclear density pore pressure static cone penetration test probe for testing density of soil mass. The upper half segment of the probe is connected with a coaxial cable (1), an analog-to-digital converter (2), a pre-amplifier (3), a photomultiplier (4) and a gamma ray source (7) from top down in sequence; a thin-wall stainless steel window (5) is formed on the probe sidewall corresponding to the photomultiplier (4); a lead shield plate (6) is located below the photomultiplier (4); the probe adopts the coaxial cable (1) to transmit signals and data; on the lower half segment of the probe, a half-segment three-component geophone (8), an inclinometer (9), and a friction drum (10) are arranged from top down in sequence; a pore water pressure sensor (11) is arranged at the middle part of the friction drum (10); a conical probe (13) is connected below the friction drum (10); and a pore pressure filter ring (12) is located at the connection of the friction tube (10) and the conical probe (11). The inventive probe has characteristics of in-situ, direct, rapid, accurate and economic testing, and provides a powerful detection tool for the practice of geotechnical engineering.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a nuclear density pore pressure static sounding probe for testing soil density, belonging to a static sounding device capable of directly and continuously analyzing and testing the in-situ density of soil layers in the field of geotechnical engineering. Background technique [0002] Static CPT technology refers to using a pressure device to press a penetrating rod with a probe into the test soil layer, and through the measurement system to test the cone tip resistance and side wall friction resistance of the soil, some basic physical properties of the soil can be determined. Mechanical properties, such as the deformation modulus of the soil, the allowable bearing capacity of the soil, etc. The static penetration technology has a history of more than 80 years. Static CPT is widely used in the world, partially or completely replacing drilling and sampling in engineering investigation. In 1965, our country first successfully dev...
