Problems solved by technology

[0002] At present, there are not many detectors on the market that can detect nuclear radiation dose and two-dimensional distribution images at the same time. They can be roughly divided into two types. One is traditional radiation measurement instruments, such as gas detectors, scintillation detectors and semiconductor detectors. These detectors are relatively mature in measuring dose, but the efficiency and accuracy of detecting two-dimensional distribution images are not high enough; there is also a nuclear radiation detector that uses photoelectric sensors to collect information, and displays two It has certain advantages in dimensional distribution images, but they need to add conversion devices before the detectors to convert nuclear radiation into visible light, which is then detected by sensors. The conversion efficiency of this method is usually low, and it is difficult to obtain dose information.

Embodiment Construction

[0015] The invention can be used in pharmaceutical factories, laboratories, quarries, metal processing plants and other places; it can also be used to check the pollution of groundwater, stone building materials and nuclear radiation pollution in local areas, etc. The processes implemented in different places are similar. Below to detect positrons 22 Na and the detection of local nuclear leaks are taken as examples to illustrate the implementation.

Abstract

The invention discloses a nuclear radiation detector capable of measuring the dosage and the distribution of nuclear radiation. The surface layer of the detector is a special material capable of shielding radiation, thus reducing the radiation damage of the detector; a protecting cover which is controllable in opening and closing is arranged at the front end of the detector, and is opened as needed, thus protecting the detector from too much radiation destruction; and a photoelectric sensor CCD (charge coupled device) is used for acquiring radiation information, and then conveying the radiation information into a processing chip and calculating the dosage of the nuclear radiation, and displaying the two-dimensional distribution of the radiation via a liquid crystal screen simultaneously, thus facilitating operation and monitoring. If a set threshold is exceeded, the sensor gives out an alarm. Simultaneously, a storage chip can be used for storing data, thus facilitating later lookup; and a USB (universal serial bus) interface can be used for transmitting the data to a PC (personal computer) to further analyse the ingredients of the radiation.
