Preparation and application of a fused oral interferon expression frond for fowl are disclosed. On the basis of the conserved sequences of fowl interferon alpha and gamma genes, the interferon alpha gene having great antiviral effect and the interferon gamma gene capable of improving the immunity of the organism and enhancing the constitution of the organism are fused for expression, so that the expressed alpha+gamma fused interferon has the synergetic functions of the two.
