The invention discloses a containment filtering and discharging system of a twin-reactor nuclear power plant, and the containment filtering and discharging system comprises a single-reactor configured filtering and discharging assembly and a downstream discharging assembly which is shared by two reactors, wherein the filtering and discharging assembly comprises a containment penetrating piece penetrating a nuclear power plant containment and a containment discharging pipeline penetrating the containment penetrating piece to be connected with a nuclear power plant unit, the downstream discharging assembly comprises an exhaust main pipe which is shared by the two reactors and connected with the containment discharging pipeline and a nuclear power plant chimney which is shared by the two reactors and is used for accommodating the exhaust main pipe. The filtering and discharging assembly is respectively configured for the two nuclear power plant units, so that the filtering and discharging volume requirement when the containments of the two units are simultaneously over-pressured can be met, the two unit containments are free from being manually and alternately operated to discharge the pressure, and each unit is independently operated, so that convenience in releasing the pressure can be realized.
