specific Embodiment approach 1

[0047] Specific implementation mode one: combine figure 1 Describe this embodiment, a device for classifying and identifying plates, which includes a light source system 1, an image acquisition system 2 and a narrow-band optical filter 3,

[0048] The light source system 1 is used to project multi-wavelength light beams to the plate to be tested;

[0049] The narrow-band optical filter 3 is used to filter the multi-wavelength light beam reflected or transmitted by the plate to be measured into light beams of different wave bands;

[0050] The image acquisition system 2 is used to acquire the grayscale image of the plate to be tested after passing through the narrow-band optical filter 3, and send the grayscale image to the computer.

[0051] Regarding the multi-spectral gray-scale image acquisition of plates, although advanced instruments such as multi-spectral cameras can be used to simultaneously acquire multi-band multi-spectral gray-scale images, such instruments are expe...

specific Embodiment approach 2

[0052] Specific implementation mode two: combination figure 2To illustrate this embodiment, the light source system 1 includes a light source 11, an aperture stop 12 and a lens system 13,

[0053] The light emitted by the light source 11 is transformed into parallel light through the aperture stop 12 and the lens system 13 and is vertically projected on the plate to be tested.

specific Embodiment approach 3

[0054] Specific implementation mode three: combination image 3 To illustrate this embodiment, the narrow-band optical filter 3 is a 4-band disc filter,

[0055] The 4-band disc filter includes a disc with 4 circular holes and 4 optical filters, the 4 optical filters are respectively installed in the 4 circular holes, and the 4 optical filters are respectively red filter filter, green filter, blue filter and near-infrared filter.

[0056] Here, red, green and blue filters are used to collect the image color characteristics of the surface of the plate; in addition, a near-infrared filter is used to reflect the near-infrared reflection / transmission characteristics of the surface of the plate.

Abstract

The invention relates to a device and a method for classifying plate, belongs to the technical field of image processing and solves the problems that existing plate classification methods are low in precision and poor in interference resistance. The device for classifying plates comprises a light source system, an image acquisition system and a narrow band optical filter. The light source system is used for projecting multi-wavelength light beams for the plates to be detected, and the image acquisition system is used for acquiring the to-be-detected plate grey level images which are filtered by the narrow band optical filter and sending the grey level images to a computer. The method for classifying the plates includes the steps: acquiring the grey level images with different wave bands of the plates to be detected; determining the wave band with the best separability by utilizing standard plates of the known wood assortments, and classifying the plates to be detected by utilizing the wave band with the best separability; or performing pixel-level image fusion for the grey level images with different wave bands, and acquiring a composite image; and classifying the plates to be detected by utilizing the composite image. By the aid of the device and the method for classifying plates, plate classification precision and interference resistance are increased.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of image processing, and in particular relates to a device and method for classifying and identifying plates. Background technique [0002] Board is a basic product of the wood industry, and it is the main raw material for the furniture and building materials industry. Different types of board have great differences in wood properties, physical properties and prices. Heilongjiang Province is rich in forest resources, and the timber industry is an important industry in the province's economic construction. Therefore, the correct identification of panel species is very important. The traditional artificial recognition method is inefficient and is easily disturbed by human subjective factors. The computer image processing method developed in recent years uses color cameras to collect wood surface images, and uses digital image processing technology to identify board types. The extracted classification feature...
