The testing system comprises the navigator with a testing server and a personal computer (PC) connected with the navigator and provided with a testing client. The testing server comprises an information processing module connected with a main control module of the navigator and a communication port module connected with the information processing module. The PC provided with the testing client comprises a testing main control module, a testing information processing module connected with the testing main control module and used for processing the testing server, a testing result analysis module connected with the testing information preprocessing module and used for analyzing the testing results and a script processing module used for processing a testing script. The aim of automated testing is achieved by automatically leading the testing client to send testing instructions to the testing server, so that labor cost is greatly reduced, testing coverage rate is higher, and testing is more complete and full. The testing system and the testing method give full play to the advantages of software itself and complete work which cannot be completed by human.
