The method comprises the following steps that: an access gateway receives an access request message which is sent by a client through a socket protocol and comprises client identification information; the access gateway determines whether the client is in accordance with a set Internet authority according to the client identification information; and when determining that the client is in accordance with the Internet authority, the access gateway returns an access success message to the client through the socket protocol.
