Abstract

The invention discloses a detection method and a control system for detecting the tightness of an engine air cylinder as well as an engine system. The method comprises the following steps of: firstly, obtaining an engine real-time rotating speed signal and a crank real-time rotating angle signal; secondly, selecting a first crank rotation angle a1 and a second crank rotation angle a2 and selecting engine rotating speeds b1 and b2 corresponding to two different crank rotating angles within the same period of crank rotation according to the real-time signals, and calculating an absolute value of b1-b2 so as to further judge whether the absolute value of a difference value between the absolute value of b1-b2 and a rotating speed standard value b of an internal engine is more than a pre-set standard value C or not; and finally, sending a corresponding display instruction according to a judging result. With the adoption of the detecting method, the detection of the tightness of the air cylinder can be realized under an engine operation state. Therefore, an operator is good for knowing about an operation condition of the air cylinder in real time; the engine can be prevented from being operated under a working condition of low tightness; and the use efficiency of the engine can be improved and the service life of the other parts can be prolonged.
