The battery charging test device has the advantages that: by connecting the resistor with a fixed resistance value in series and detecting the voltage of the battery and the voltages of two ends of the resistor which is connected in series to a charging loop and has the fixed resistance value, the defect of misjudgment of over-voltage of the battery caused by voltage fluctuation is overcome, so that data which are acquired in the whole charging process and discharging process are normal, and the data which are acquired in the recharging process are also normal; and errors of battery charging test data caused by the misjudgment of over-voltage of the battery due to series connection of an ammeter in the conventional charging mode are eliminated, and the accuracy of the test data is ensured.
