The invention relates to a seat compression bar mechanism which is disposed on a seat framework; the seat compression bar mechanism comprises a bearing pedestal, a rotating shaft, compression bar armrests and at least one hydraulic lock; the rotating shaft is rotatably mounted on the seat framework by the bearing pedestal; the compression bar armrests are mounted at the two ends of the rotating shaft and are relatively fixed with respect to the position of the rotating shaft, and the compression bar armrests extend upwardly to the back side of the seat framework; a rotating fixing base of the hydraulic lock is fixed on a seat framework pedestal, and the other end is connected with a first outward-extending branch of the rotating shaft; the hydraulic lock has a locking state in which the rotating position of the rotating shaft is fixed and the compression bar armrests are locked, and a movable state in which the rotating shaft is in a rotating state and the locking of the compression bar armrests is released. The invention also provides a seat using the seat compression bar mechanism and a theatre.
