Abstract

The invention discloses a method for optimizing a product order of an enterprise. On the basis of a theory of constraints (TOC), the production flow of the enterprise is analyzed, and data are processed by using a computer software development technology; and by taking a nonlinear programming theory as a teaching tool and using an advanced computer software development technology, an enterprise product structure optimization model is established, and power assistance such as optimization of a product structure, formulation of a marketing strategy, providing of management key points and sensitivity analysis can be provided for the enterprise. The method has the advantages that: the production line of the enterprise is optimized by using a product structure optimization mathematical model; a product mixture which has the highest capacity and profit of each production line can be found; parameters can be provided for market development of a sales department; a resource plan, a capacity balancing plan, a production and operation integrated plan which comprises the product structure and economic benefits, and extremely-abundant data resources are provided by using market information; plan schemes for reducing cost, avoiding waste, optimizing resource allocation and optimizing the product structure are provided; and remarkable economic benefits can be created for the enterprise.
