The dopant gas generating device comprises a doping tank, a gas inlet pipe, wherein an inlet end of the gas inlet pipe is connected to an upstream side of a gas carrying passage and an outlet end of the gas inlet pipe is connected to the doping tank, an gas outlet pipe, wherein an inlet end of the gas outlet pipe is connected to the doping tank and an outlet end of the gas outlet pipe is connected to a downstream side of the gas carrying passage, a dopant gas generating unit, wherein the dopant gas generating unit is utilized for releasing dopant gas and is arranged in the doping tank, and a bottom cover, wherein the bottom cover is removably connected to a lower end of the doping tank and is provided with a support for fixing the dopant gas generating unit. The dopant gas generating unit for releasing dopant gas is arranged in the doping tank and thus the dopant gas generating device is suitable for a solid doping agent and a liquid doping agent.
