Problems solved by technology

However, the compound has not entered the stage of industrialized production at present, and the restoration cost is relatively high. If the TCAS eluent in the polluted soil eluent can be recovered and recycled, the restoration cost will be greatly reduced, and the TCAS leaching restoration technology will be greatly reduced. It is possible to move towards practicality

Embodiment 1

[0021] 1. Anion exchange resin with a weight (gram) to polluted soil eluate volume (liter) ratio of 10:1 is used as the adsorbent;

[0022] 2. Soak 10 grams of D202 anion exchange resin in water for 4 hours to make it fully swell, then soak in 20 ml of 4% HCl solution for 4 hours, wash with deionized water until neutral; then treat with 40 ml of 4% NaOH for 4 hours, convert it to OH - Type, then wash with deionized water to neutral, drain the water, and then pack into the ion exchange column;

[0023] 3. Use a peristaltic pump to pump 1 liter of contaminated soil eluent into the ion exchange column, and control the flow rate to 1 ml / min, so that the TCAS eluent is adsorbed on the anion exchange resin;

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for recovering a thiacalix[4]arenetetrasulfonate (TCAS) soil washing agent and relates to a contaminated soil remediation technology. The method comprises the following steps of: soaking an anion exchange resin which is taken as an adsorbent in water so as to ensure the resin is fully swollen, and washing by using deionized water until the resin is neutral, wherein the ratio of the weight of the anion exchange resin to the volume of a contaminated soil eluent is 10:1; pumping the contaminated soil eluent into an ion exchange column by using a peristaltic pump,collecting a desorption solution after the entire contaminated soil eluent passes through the anion exchange column, adding analytical pure sodium chloride, and salting out to ensure that the TCAS washing agent is precipitated; putting an obtained solution into a centrifuge tube, centrifuging at the rate of 5,000rpm for 10 minutes, and dumping to remove supernatant; and putting a TCAS precipitateinto a baking oven, and oven-drying at the temperature of 80 DEG C for 2 hours to obtain TCAS. By the method, the high-efficiency recovery of the TCAS washing agent in the contaminated soil eluent can be realized, and the recovery rate of the TCAS washing agent in the contaminated soil eluent can reach over 96 percent; and operation steps are simple, convenient and easy.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to contaminated soil remediation technology, in particular to a method for recovering TCAS eluent in the polluted soil eluate. Background technique [0002] In recent years, due to the upgrading of industrial structure and the adjustment of urban layout, the relocation of polluting enterprises has been vigorously implemented in large and medium-sized cities such as Beijing and Tianjin in the Haihe River Basin, the old industrial base in Northeast China, the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta. According to statistics, from 2001 to 2008, the number of closed and transferred enterprises in my country increased from 6.61×10 3 Rapidly increased to 2.25×10 4 The growth rate is 1,984 per year, and the total number has reached more than 100,000 (Liao Xiaoyong et al., 2011), involving various industries such as chemical industry, metallurgy, petroleum, and transportation. Environmental and health risks restrict the safe reuse ...
