The waste spruce branch tips in a hill are used and are subjected to processing processes, such as cutting, selecting, drying, processing hexagonal prism, coating glue, combining blanks, cold pressing, pressing planning and the like, through mechanical equipment; standard spruce hexagonal prism square materials are produced; and the profiled spruce hexagonal prism square materials are processed into spruce hexagonal prism plates through a small laminated wood board band saw for later use. The spruce hexagonal prism plates are matched with cottonwood single plates and lauan panels to produce the laminated wood board core boards with low cost and high quality; and the requirement on increasing using of plates in building field and decoration field can be met.
