The control end comprises a rotary encoder, an SCM and a liquid crystal display (LCD); the rotary encoder is connected with the SCM through a control circuit; the SCM is connected with the LCD through a conducting wire; and the SCM of the control end is connected with the SCM of the follow-up end through a level switching circuit.
