The reclaimed water supply device supplies reclaimed water from the top of the high-temperature flue gas cooling unit, to-be-cooled high-temperature flue gas is charged from the upper part of the high-temperature flue gas cooling unit, the reclaimed water and the high-temperature flue gas exchange heat to thereby cool the high-temperature flue gas, and the cooled high-temperature flue gas is discharged from the lower part of the high-temperature flue gas cooling unit. The inventive device can be used for a high-temperature flue gas cooling process in treatment of hazardous wastes, and has no influence to the high-temperature flue gas cooling process. The indices of the discharged gas meet the discharge requirement, and the consumption of softened water is reduced by 40 t every day.
