Problems solved by technology

On the one hand, the existing human-computer interaction equipment cannot provide multiple signal instructions at the same time
For example, the mouse can only provide cursor position navigation and left-click and right-click selection. Such simple commands cannot support more complex actions of the avatar
Joysticks, trackballs, gaming gloves, etc. dedicated to 3D games can only provide a relatively single operation command, and are not easy to carry
On the other hand, due to the lack of input of multiple signal commands, the existing virtual world system cannot provide richer avatar actions based on multiple signal commands

Abstract

The invention relates to a man-machine interaction device and a device and method for applying the man-machine interaction device to a virtual world. A sensing device is arranged on the man-machine interaction device and comprises an operation part and a distance sensor, wherein the operation part is used for receiving an operation action of a finger of a user, the distance sensor is used for sensing a distance between the operation part and a fixed position and generating a distance signal for representing the operation action. The invention also provides a virtual world auxiliary device which is used for applying the man-machine interaction device to the virtual world and comprises a receiving unit and a mapping unit, wherein the receiving unit is configured to receive a signal from the man-machine interaction device; the signal is based on the distance signal and is used for representing the operation action; and the mapping unit is configured to map the signal to the action of a local body part of an embodiment in the virtual world. The invention also provides a method corresponding to the virtual world auxiliary device. According to the invention, a multi-element signal of the operation can be sensed and the multi-element signal can be utilized to freely control the action of the embodiment.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the field of human-computer interaction in a virtual world, more specifically, to a device for human-computer interaction and a device and method for using the device in a virtual world. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of information technology and the Internet, 3D virtual worlds are increasingly used in various scenarios, providing users with realistic simulations of the real world and bringing intuitive and realistic immersive user experience. For typical 3D virtual world systems, including 3D games, virtual communities, etc., users enter the virtual world in the form of avatars, and control the activities of the corresponding avatars in the 3D virtual world through various human-computer interaction devices. [0003] Traditional human-computer interaction devices that can be used in virtual worlds include mice, keyboards, touchpads, joysticks, joysticks, trackballs, game gloves, and the like....
