The valve seat fixing device can be directly replaced if the valve seat fixing device matched with the discharge valve seat is abraded, so that the hydraulic cylinder body is prevented from being replaced, and the maintenance cost is reduced; meanwhile, the valve seat fixing device is fixed on the guider of the suction valve, the guider of the suction valve can be disassembled and assembled by taking out or installing the valve seat fixing device, the disassembly and assembly is simple, and the disassembly and assembly efficiency is improved.
