A shortwave adaptive array controller comprises four radio frequency modules which are connected in parallel, a master control module, an adaptive array processing module and a frequency synthesis module, wherein all the above modules are connected with the CPCI bus; each radio frequency module is the module which performs filtering and frequency conversion on two shortwave signals, generates intermediate frequency signals, and transmits the intermediate frequency signals of each channel to the adaptive array processing module for processing; the adaptive array processing module comprises an analogue-to-digital (A / D) converter and a weighted processing module; the adaptive array processing module is the module which obtains signal output by connecting eight intermediate frequency signals with the A / D converter, connecting the weighted processing module and performing linear combination; the master control module connects the adaptive array processing module and the monitoring module through the CPCI bus and controls the states of the adaptive array processing module and the monitoring module; and the frequency synthesis module is the module which generates and provides a clock signal and a mixing signal of each signal.
