Embodiment Construction

[0010] In order to implement the present invention, first prepare the non-woven fabric and the adhesive. The adhesive is preferably a two-component type, that is, the adhesive and the hardener are mixed, and generally the one common to N3126 can be used. In addition, for the nonwoven fabric, it is preferable to use a nonwoven fabric made of short fibers with fine pores rather than a long fiber with large pores.

[0011] In order to implement the manufacturing method of the present invention, the non-woven fabric passes between a rubber roller and a mesh surface roller. At this time, the mesh surface roller uses about 120 meshes. At this time, the grid surface roller is set in the cylinder containing the adhesive, and when the nonwoven fabric passes between the rollers, the adhesive is automatically applied to one side of the nonwoven fabric by the rotation of the roller.

[0012] The nonwoven fabric with the adhesive layer applied on one side as described above passes between ...

Abstract

The invention relates to a bag for laundry balls and method for their production, which prevents small fragments or remains of laundry balls from being passed, if they break down, into the cylindrical washing container, allowing water and air to be always transferred. According to the invention, the non-woven fabric is applied with the adhesives, and the polyethylene (PE) is bonded on the layer of adhesives and it is passed through the rollers performing compression and cooling for being rolled following the hardening. Then, the nonwoven fabric with the already hardened PE is passed through the punching roller for punching of micro openings in the surface of the PE. Finally, cutting of the non-woven fabric with the layer of the punched PE is carried out, introducing the laundry balls therein, and closing the top and bottom portions of the non-woven fabric, thus facilitating the method for producing the bag for laundry balls, reaching the goal.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a bag (Bag) for covering small washing balls in a case for washing balls and a manufacturing method thereof. Background technique [0002] In general, a washing ball is built into a washing ball case and inserted into a washing tub of a washing machine to assist washing of laundry. Such washing balls are made of ceramics such as alumina, silica, zircon, or zeolite, and are used to improve washing efficiency and emit far infrared rays to perform deodorization and sterilization, etc., to improve washing performance. In addition, the housing with the built-in washing ball is usually made in a cylindrical shape, and a plurality of water passage holes are formed on the outside so as to be able to exert the above-mentioned performance of the washing ball. [0003] As mentioned above, the harder the cleaning ball is, the more effective it is in terms of certain performance, and the easier it is to be damaged, the more effecti...
