Abstract

Installation through holes that are corresponded to the screw holes on the inner circular end cap are arranged on the end surface of the external circular end cap; and the external circular end cap is sleevedly installed on an outer circumferential surface of a boss of the inner circular end cap as well as the external circular end cap and the inner circular end cap are connected into one by a plurality of bolts. An insulating layer, which is manufactured by an alkali-free glass fabric, is arranged on the inner circumferential surface of the inner circular end cap, the step end surface of the inner circular end cap, the outer circumferential surface of the boss of the inner circular end cap, and a continuous external circular end surface of the outer circumferential surface of the boss; insulating sleeves are arranged between the installation through holes of the external circular end cap and the bolts; insulating pads are arranged between the outer end surface of the of the external circular end cap and the bolts, so that the the external circular end cap is separated from the inner circular end cap.
