The invention discloses an installing structure for a plasma generator of a burner, which comprises a main air and powdered-coal circulating pipe segment and a plasma-installing pipe, wherein the plasma-installing pipe is connected with the main air and powdered-coal circulating pipe segment in a penetrating mode, the plasma-installing pipe is fixed with the plasma generator, a plasma-flow spraying opening of the plasma generator is arranged by facing to the main air and powdered-coal circulating pipe segment, the main air and powdered-coal circulating pipe segment is placed in a cooling pipe, a gap between the main air and powdered-coal circulating pipe segment and the cooling pipe is arranged into a coiling chamber, a cooling water-inlet pipe connected with the coiling chamber in the penetrating mode is arranged at the side which is different from the plasma generator, and a cooling water-outlet pipe connected with the coiling chamber in the penetrating mode is arranged at the side which is the same with the plasma generator. Therefore, through the installing structure for the plasma generator of the burner, the cooling effect on the plasma generator in a working state can be effectively improved, thereby the service life of the plasma generator is prolonged, and the cost is saved.
