The invention discloses a lithium bromide absorptive cold and hot water air-conditioner system directly driven by solar energy, which comprises an absorptive refrigeration system (200) and a chilled water energy storage loop (300), wherein the absorptive refrigeration system (200) is connected with the chilled water energy storage loop (300); and the air-condition system also comprises a solar heat collection system (100) which is connected with the absorptive refrigeration system (200). According to the cold and hot water air-conditioner system, a solar heat collection system is additionallyused as a heat source for enabling the unit to work normally at the same time of preserving the original heat source loop as an auxiliary drive heat source loop of the absorptive refrigeration system, and all loop structures of the absorptive refrigeration system are properly adjusted. The air-conditioner system has the advantages that: the solar heat collection system which integrates a solar heat collector and a high-temperature generator is adopted in the system, so that the refrigerating system is changed from a lithium bromide dual-effect absorptive refrigerating system to a lithium bromide triple-effect absorptive refrigeration system under the condition of not improving the temperature of the heat source, and the thermodynamic coefficient of the system is greatly increased, therefore the initial investment is reduced.
