Embodiment Construction

[0016] The cervical vertebra locking fusion device of the present invention will be further described below by referring to the accompanying drawings.

[0017] Such as Figure 1-5 As shown, an anterior cervical locking fusion device includes a bolt 1, a main body 2, a blade 3, and a nut 4. The upper surface of the fusion body 2 is arc-shaped, and the lower surface is wedge-shaped. Both the upper surface and the lower surface are provided with anti-slip teeth 7. The main body 2 is provided with a fusion hole 6 through front and rear, the blade 3 is fixed together with the main body 2 through the bolt 1 and the nut 4, and the blade 3 is rotated through the bolt 1 to realize locking; the present invention has a marking pin 5, and the main body 2 There are developing pin holes consistent with the shape and number of marking pins 5 for inserting marking pins 5 .

[0018] Such as Figure 4 As shown, the blade 3 of the present invention is provided with a D-shaped hole, the upper a...

Abstract

The invention belongs to medical appliances, and in particular relates to a cervical spine locking and fusion device, characterized in that: perforated fusion holes are formed on a main body and used as bone graft implanting spaces; and a rotatable fixing device composed of bolts, a blade and nuts is arranged at the front part of the main body of the fusion device, wherein the blade is fixed together with the main body through the bolts and nuts, and the blade can be rotated to be locked by the bolts. The main body of the fusion device presents an arc shape on the upper surface and a wedge shape on the lower surface, and both the upper and lower surfaces are provided with anti-slip serrations for enhancing stability. According to the invention, the cervical spine locking and fusion device is implanted into the intervertenral space, and the blade is rotated 90 degrees to be retained into upper and lower vertebral bodies, thereby preventing the fusion device from slipping out of the vertebral bodies, enhancing the stability at the early stage of operations, improving the fusion rate and restoring an ideal vertebral body height, and the cervical spine locking and fusion device has the characteristics of short operation time, safety and alleviation of suffering of patients.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the category of medical devices, in particular to an anterior cervical locking fusion device. Background technique [0002] Cervical disc herniation is a common disease in spinal surgery. The intervertebral disc is composed of the central nucleus pulposus and the surrounding fibrous ring. The nucleus pulposus is located in the center of the intervertebral disc. Layers of fibrous rings connect the two vertebral bodies and firmly fix the nucleus pulposus in the center. When the vertebral body bears the longitudinal load, the fibrous annulus of the nucleus pulposus expands to the periphery with its good elasticity to buffer the pressure and have a shock-absorbing effect, preventing the brain from concussing the brain when walking, bouncing, and running. This structure of the intervertebral disc allows the intervertebral bodies to move with the help of the elasticity and movement of the nucleus pulposus and the tension of the fib...
