The preparation method comprises the following steps of: cleanly washing the ingredients in the formulation, except the white granulated sugar, and removing impurities; respectively drying and cooking the fructus cannabis, the black sesame, the walnut kernel, the peanut kernel, the polished glutinous rice and the rice at 90-150 DEG C; mixing the cooked fructus cannabis, the cooked black sesame, the cooked walnut kernel, the cooked peanut kernel, the cooked polished glutinous rice and the cooked rice with the white granulated sugar, and crushing into particles and uniformly mixing; and screening the particles, and packaging after sterilizing.
