The invention adopts the specific scheme for solving the technical problems that a fine line antenna in the space combination structure is utilized to form the baron with two-way output and 180-degree phase shifting, a B-type push-pull amplifier unit is formed by the same input and output of the barons, a B-type push-pull amplifier unit array is effectively combined by the space combination structure, so that the large-power output can be realized, and simultaneously good linearity and high efficiency are ensured.
