Crude garlic oil is selected for one to five stages of molecular distillation. The optimal process parameters are: distillation temperature 30-50°C, vacuum degree 100-200Pa, feed rate 1.5ml.min-1, film scraping speed 200rpm; the obtained garlic oil is subjected to next-stage molecular distillation.

Abstract

The invention relates to garlic essence, in particular to a preparation method of separated and purified garlic essence, which belongs to the field of fine chemistry. The preparation method comprises: separating and purifying coarse garlic essence by using a molecular distilling apparatus and molecular distillation process; and obtaining garlic essence with high purity through 1 to 5 stages of molecular distillation. The method for separating and purifying garlic essence is simple and easy to operate, can obtain diallyl disulfide (DADs) and diallyl trisulfide (DATs) containing garlic essence with purity reaching 85.03 percent, and can create very obvious economic benefit.
