Problems solved by technology

[0003] When mass spectrometry is used to examine and analyze components contained in biologically derived samples such as blood, serum, plasma, cell tissue, and urine, there are tens of thousands of components mixed in the biological components. If Multiple components are simultaneously introduced into the mass spectrometer, making it difficult to perform high-precision detection

Embodiment 1

[0044] Embodiments of the automatic analyzer according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In addition, this embodiment shows an example of this invention, and this invention is not limited to this embodiment.

[0045] As an analysis method for biological samples, there is a colorimetric analysis method that uses a multi-wavelength photometer to measure the color change by using a reagent that changes color by reacting with the analyte component in the sample. In addition to the two analytical methods of immunoassay, which measures the amount of the specifically reacted substance as a reagent by counting the amount of the specifically reacted substance, mass spectrometry has been tried in recent years to measure even smaller amounts of substances as a detector. Its purpose is blood drug concentration monitoring (Therapeutic Drug Monitoring, TDM).

[0046] An example of TDM is observation of drug dynamics in vivo. When adminis...

Embodiment 2

[0084] Refer to attached Figure 10 An embodiment of a case where a plurality of pressure loading parts on the endless track turntable is provided will be described in detail. In addition, in this example, only the part which differs from Example 1 is demonstrated. In addition, this embodiment shows an example of this invention, and this invention is not limited to this embodiment.

[0085] Equipped with: a turntable 101 equipped with a cartridge holding container 103 capable of holding disposable solid-phase extraction cartridges 102; a pressure loading unit 104 capable of performing an extraction process by applying pressure to at least one solid-phase extraction cartridge 102; The liquid level sensor 107 is located in a different position of the pressure loading part and can detect the extraction progress of at least one of the solid phase extraction cartridges.

[0086] The general operation of one embodiment of the present invention is omitted because it is the same as ...

Abstract

Provided is a clinical laboratory apparatus comprising a pretreatment device by which multiple items of multiple specimens can be simultaneously treated in parallel and various irregular clinical examination needs can be appropriately satisfied and which enables highly efficient separation and exhibits high reproducibility and high reliability. Also provided is a mass spectrometer which comprises the pretreatment device combined with a mass spectrometer and by which a process from pretreatment to detection can be fully automatically performed. A pretreatment device comprising: a cartridge which can hold a packing for solid extraction; a pressure-applying part which applies pressure to the cartridge for solid extraction; a receiving tray mechanism which receives a sample extracted from the cartridge; and a liquid level sensor which detects the liquid level in the cartridge and the receiving tray. When the liquid level sensor detects the attainment of the liquid level in the receiving tray mechanism to a preset position, a signal is fed back so that a pressure release valve in the pressure-applying part is opened.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to an inspection and analysis device for automatically analyzing components contained in samples derived from living organisms such as blood, serum, plasma, cell tissue, and urine. Background technique [0002] As a method for qualitative and quantitative analysis of biological samples such as blood and urine, a colorimetric analysis in which a color change is measured by a photometer using a reagent that changes color by reacting with a component to be measured in the sample, a substance that specifically binds to a component to be measured The two methods of directly or indirectly adding a marker and counting the marker immunoassay are representative methods. In recent years, attempts have been made to analyze biological samples by physicochemical methods using mass spectrometers, and it is expected that the scope of application will expand in the future. [0003] When mass spectrometry is used to examine and analyze co...
