Abstract

The invention is suitable for the technical field of fluorescent powder coating, and discloses a fluorescent powder coating device and a coating method utilizing the same. The fluorescent powder coating device is used for coating fluorescent powder on a plane light-source transmission sheet, and comprises a container cylinder and a compression part which can hold down and seal the transmission sheet onto the opening port of the container cylinder and can be arranged inside an ultrasonic washing machine, wherein fluorescent powder and dispersion liquid are installed inside the container cylinder. The fluorescent powder coating method comprises the following steps that: (1) the container cylinder is held down onto the transmission sheet through the compression part; (2) the fluorescent powder and the dispersion liquid are added into the container cylinder; (3) the compression part, the container cylinder and the transmission sheet are collectively arranged inside the ultrasonic washing machine so as to disperse the fluorescent powder; and (4) the dispersion liquid is evaporated and dried. Due to the adoption of the fluorescent powder coating device and the coating method utilizing the same, the fluorescent powder can be uniformly coated on the transmission sheet, the coating thickness is adjustable, and the coating thickness is high.
