The medicament is prepared from the following bulk drugs, by weight: 15-45 parts of eucommia, 25-75 parts of matrimony vine, 15-45 parts of taxillus and 15-45 parts of achyranthcs bidentata blume. Guided by traditional Chinese medicine theories, the pharmaceutical composition of the invention fully playsthe advantage of ''prevention of disease'' of traditional Chinese medicine. A traditional Chinese medicine intervention opportunity of salt sensitive hypertension is advanced prior to attack of disease, so as to more effectively control generation of hypertension, reduce human body damage caused by hypertension. The pharmaceutical composition can be applied to preparation of medicament or health product for preventing hypertension.
