Abstract

The invention relates to a flow-changing low-temperature air-compensation air source heat pump water heater and a control method thereof. The water heater comprises an air source heat pump compressor set, an electromagnetic valve and an electric expansion valve connected in a working medium loop, and a microprocessor control unit and a sensor for realizing computer process control. The control method comprises the following steps of reading monitoring data of the sensor, detecting temperature and pressure and storing the temperature and pressure in a storage device, calculating a uniform superheat degree according the stored temperature and pressure, and calculating the opening increment of the expansion valve according to the uniform superheat degree as well as adjusting the opening degree of the electric expansion valve. By setting the steps of highest operating pressure controlling, defrosting and exhaust temperature controlling, the super-low temperature heat pump water heater can be ensured to run stably and efficiently under the states of different working conditions and to run stably in poor working conditions with low environment temperature and high water temperature, the hysteresis of flow adjustment is avoided, a pressure ratio is controlled in a controllable range, and the exhausting temperature can be reduced, so that the service life of the set can be guaranteed.
