Problems solved by technology

Among them, histopathological indicators often cannot provide sufficient prognostic information, and tumor staging, such as TNM staging, is currently the most commonly used tumor prognostic marker, but it is still insufficient for the prediction of tumor recurrence after surgery

Abstract

The invention relates to a real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR) microarray chip kit for forecasting the survival rate after liver cancer operation. The kit is characterized by comprising an IL6 gene amplification primer, an IL6 gene fluorescently tagged probe, an HLA_DRA gene amplification primer, an HLA_DRA gene fluorescently tagged probe, a CSF1 gene amplification primer, a CSF1 gene fluorescently tagged probe, an SPP1 gene amplification primer, an SPP1 gene fluorescently tagged probe, and a tumor necrosis factor (TNF) gene amplification primer and a tumor necrosis factor (TNF) gene fluorescently tagged probe. The invention finds that an IL6 gene, an HLA_DRA gene, a CSF1 gene, an SPP1 gene and a TNF gene can serve as markers to forecast the survival rate after liver cancer operation and provides the corresponding kit. The tissue mRNA levels of patients with primary hepatic carcinoma after operation are detected through a real-time quantitative PCR microarray chip technology. The kit has the advantages of high flux, sensitivity and uniformity, and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a real-time quantitative PCR microarray chip kit for predicting postoperative survival of liver cancer, belonging to the technical field of diagnostic reagents. Background technique [0002] Primary liver cancer (hereinafter referred to as liver cancer) is one of the most common malignant tumors in the world. In China, the incidence of liver cancer is the third in the incidence of tumors, and its mortality rate is the second. Surgical resection is still the main treatment, but the long-term survival after operation is not satisfactory. Accurate assessment of postoperative prognosis can enable some patients to receive timely adjuvant treatment, thereby prolonging postoperative survival. [0003] Current studies believe that tumorigenesis and progression is a complex process involving multiple factors and multiple steps involved and interacting, involving cancer cells themselves and their interactions with the pericancerous micr...
