The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: treating anion resin by using 10 percent sulfuric acid solution, and preparing glucosamine hydrochloride solution; making the glucosamine hydrochloride solution pass through a column at a flow rate of 500mL / H, and performing metathesis to obtain glucosamine sulfate; slowly adding potassium chloride, performing metathesis with the obtained glucosamine sulfate solution, and performing reflux reaction in a molar ratio of 2:1 at the temperature of between 45 and 65DEG C for 24 hours; distilling the refluxed glucosamine sulfate potassium chloride solution under reduced pressure at the temperature of between 50 and 60DEG C until the distilled glucosamine sulfate potassium chloride solution is 40 to 50 percent of the total solution; and performing centrifugal dehydration and vacuum drying on the distilled glucosamine sulfate potassium chloride compound salt; and detecting and packaging the finished product.
