Abstract

The invention discloses a camera module, which comprises a substrate, a lens module and a driving circuit, wherein the substrate comprises a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface; the lens module is arranged on the first surface of the substrate; and the driving circuit is arranged on the first surface of the substrate and is electrically connected with the lens module.
