Abstract

The method comprises the following steps of: obtaining difference information corresponding to predetermined road relational factors in a first map and a second map, wherein the difference information comprises difference markers which uniquely mark the existence of road relational factors when the road relational factors exist; comparing the difference marker in the first map with the difference marker in the second map, and obtaining a first comparing result; and determining a difference analysis result between the first map and the second map according to the first comparing result, wherein the difference analysis result comprises road relational factors newly added to the second map and / or road relational factors deleted from the first map. The method is simple and reliable and can be used for providing the difference analysis result for a user at a higher speed.
