Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preventing and controlling pissodes nitidus by using volatile terpenoids. Pissodes nitidus mainly distributes in northeast China and Henan province and is main branch top pests in Pinus koraiensis Sieb.et Zucc. forests. The adult and juvenile pests, particularly the juvenile pests, damage the main tops of the Pinus koraiensis Sieb.et Zucc. After being damaged, the main tops die gradually, lateral branches grow in place of the main tops, and thus, double-branch and multi-branch Pinus koraiensis Sieb.et Zucc. are usually formed. As a result, the growth and fructification of the Pinus koraiensis Sieb.et Zucc. are influenced seriously, and the material quality and outturn percentage are lowered. The method of the invention comprises: treating Pinus koraiensis Sieb.et Zucc. with solution of volatile terpenoids for use in pinaceae, namely at least one of wax solution of type S alpha-pinene, type R alpha-pinene and ocimenum, wherein the concentration of the solution is 0.0004 to 0.8 mu mol / mu L. The method is used for preventing and controlling pissodes nitidus.

Description

Technical field: [0001] The invention relates to a method for preventing and controlling plant pests, in particular to a method for using volatile terpenoids to prevent and control pine weevils. Background technique: [0002] Plants produce a series of complex volatile compounds during their growth, and herbivorous insects mostly use these odors as clues to find and identify host plants. With the rapid development of chemical ecology and biotechnology, it has become an important research topic to study the relationship between plant volatiles and herbivorous insects, reveal the mechanism of plant volatiles' influence on insect behavior, and explore effective new technologies for pest control. Studies have shown that the female moth of the masson pine caterpillar (Dendrolimus punctatus (Walker)), the adult beetle (Semanotus bifasiatus (Matsch)), the long beetle (Xylotrechus rusticus (L.)), the long beetle ( Insects such as Monochamus alternatus have strong behavioral respons...
