Abstract
The invention aims to provide novel anti-freezing solution. The novel anti-freezing solution is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 50 to 55 percent of glycol, 0.1 to 1.0 percent of phthalic anhydride, 0.1 to 0.3 percent of monopotassium phosphate, 10 to 100 percent of water, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of promoter, 0.1 to 0.2 percent of sodium hydroxide and 0.1 to 0.2 percent of dye. A manufacturing method of the anti-freezing solution comprises the following steps of: firstly, adding water into a reaction kettle; secondly, adding the glycol into the reaction kettle and uniformly stirring the materials; and finally, adding the other components into the reaction kettle and uniformly stirring the components to obtain the novel anti-freezing solution. The novel anti-freezing solution has the advantages of preventing freezing, reducing heat loss and saving fuel, along with high heat transfer rate and low cost.
