The signal access device is characterized by comprising a plurality of communication line terminal (CLT) modules, an MMEAD driver module and a multi-media extension (MME) adapter module, wherein each CLT module is independent of the ONU module in a physical form, and provided with an operation administration and maintenance (OAM) protocol interface; the ONU module is in butt joint with the MME adapter module by the MMEDA driver module; and the MME adapter module is connected with the OAM protocol interface of each CLT module.
