Abstract

The invention relates to an anorectal postoperative analgesic and hemostatic device. The device is characterized by comprising a double-cavity tube with a sacculus, wherein the double-cavity tube consists of a primary conduit and a secondary conduit; the free end of the secondary conduit is led out of one end of the double-cavity tube, and the sacculus is close to the other end of the double-cavity tube; the end of the primary conduit close to the sacculus is provided with a side hole; the free end of the secondary conduit with a plug is embedded into the wall of the primary conduit, advances on the wall of the primary conduit and extends to the sacculus; the opening of the secondary conduit is communicated with the sacculus; the sacculus wraps the primary conduit and is not communicated with the primary conduit; the wall of the sacculus is provided with a sieve pore; and foam sponge is coated on the outer layer of the wall of the sacculus. The device solves the problems of incision pain and wound surface hemostasis of an anorectal postoperative patient, and is suitable for anorectal postoperative patients under various medicinal treatment conditions.

Description

Analgesia and hemostasis device after anorectal surgery technical field The invention relates to the field of medical devices, in particular to a device for analgesia and hemostasis after anorectal surgery. Background technique At present, the treatment of incisional pain after anorectal surgery is an international problem, and the analgesic methods are mostly systemic administration: the traditional way of oral and injection analgesics, and the way of intravenous and epidural analgesic pump analgesia. Oral analgesics are ineffective. Injection of analgesics morphine needs to control the dosage and frequency of administration. The use of analgesic pumps is cumbersome and often has complications. Systemic administration will inevitably affect vital organ functions due to drug toxicity. At the same time, postoperative wound bleeding in anorectal surgery is a common complication of this type of surgery. The current prevention and treatment measures are local pressure bandagi...
