Abstract

The invention discloses a measuring method for bonding strength of tobacco leaves, which is characterized in that the bonding strength of tobacco leaves is represented through measuring a tension force for completely separating a press probe and a tobacco leaf sample by pulling after a tested tobacco leaf sample is extruded by using a texture analyzer under predetermined pressure within predetermined time. The concrete method comprises the following steps of: (1) selecting a tobacco leaf sample; (2) balancing the water content of the tested tobacco leaf sample; (3) preparing a sample; (4) fixing the tested tobacco leaf sample; (5) setting the measuring condition of the texture analyzer; and (6) measuring the bonding strength and representing the measuring result: measuring the bonding strength of the tested tobacco leaf sample and representing the bonding strength of the tobacco leaves by utilizing the average value of the maximum forces for completely separating the press probe and the tobacco leaf sample. Through measurement on the bonding strength of tobacco leaves, the invention realizes that the physical property of tobacco leaves is analyzed relatively objectively, the oil content of the tobacco leaves is represented, and a relatively accurate data support is provided for controlling the oil generation of the tobacco leaves and reducing oil pressed tobacco.
