The auxiliary materials contain the following materials: biomass the weight of which is 0.1-0.3% of the total weight of the main materials and polypeptidase the weight of which is 0.2-0.4% of the total weight of the main materials. The fertilizer synergist is an environment-friendly product which is non-toxic, pollution-free, degradable, hormone-free and free from any side effect. If the fertilizer synergist is continuously used, the soil quality can be improved, the immunity of crops can be increased, and the crops have the unique effects such as anti-ageing effect, disease resistance, stress resistance, lodging resistance, and the like; and meanwhile, the investment of farmers can be reduced without changing the fertilizing method.
