The invention relates to a borehole three-component magnetic gradient measuring device which comprises an aboveground part and an underground part, wherein the aboveground part is provided with a reel truck, a cable, a power supply, as well as a computer controller with an input unit, a memorizer and an LCD display; the underground part is provided with a miniature borehole three-component fluxgate type magnetic gradiometer (3), a temperature sensor, a miniature borehole three-component gravity acceleration meter, an underground power supply, as well as an underground MCU (Microprogrammed Control Unit) in control connection with the magnetic gradiometer, the temperature sensor and the acceleration meter; in addition, a multiple-way switch converter and a 24-way analog-to-digital converter are further arranged, and the analog-to-digital converter is in signal connection with MCU of the aboveground part; all underground instruments are loaded in an exploring tube; and various underground measuring components are in signal connection with a multiplexer.
