Embodiment Construction

[0028] Such as figure 2 Shown, the concrete realization process of the inventive method is:

[0029] (1) Camera response function recovery based on a single image

[0030] The present invention recovers the camera response function by using the response function recovery method based on a single image, and the specific steps are described as follows.

[0031] In the process of camera imaging, the irradiance of the scene is linearly transformed by the camera optical system to obtain the original image, and the original image is transformed by the sensor to obtain the actual picture. The nonlinear transformation function from the original image to the actual picture is the response function of the camera, defined as g, which describes the conversion relationship of the camera from brightness to color. The sensor corresponding to the edge pixel of the picture may be sensitive to two monochromatic areas at the same time, and superimposed in a linear relationship to generate an ...

Abstract

The invention provides a colour calibration method for multiple cameras. The method comprises the following steps of: extracting edges of a picture acquired by each camera, extracting colour information along the edges, and recovering a response function of the camera according to the extracted colour information; selecting a reference camera from the multiple cameras, and searching colour valuescorresponding to one colour in the pictures acquired by different cameras from a real world by a 24-colour-palette-based colour matching method or a general colour matching method; and calibrating the colours of the cameras by a multi-camera brightness layer calibration method according to the response functions of the cameras and information about colour matching between the reference camera andother cameras. The colour calibration method reduces the colour difference of shot pictures, guarantees the consistency of the colours, provides a solid guarantee for the subsequent three-dimensionalreconstruction work, and enhances the reconstruction precision.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a multi-camera color calibration method, which belongs to the technical field of computer vision. Background technique [0002] Computer vision technology constructs a virtual environment through related technologies of computer graphics, or compiles the real environment into the computer to generate a realistic virtual environment, so that users can get a feeling of being immersed in the virtual environment. The purpose of computer vision research is to enable computers to recognize three-dimensional spatial environmental information through two-dimensional images, to enable machines to perceive geometric information of objects in a three-dimensional environment, and to describe, store, recognize and understand. Computer vision has its own independent computing theory and algorithm, and the dominant theory is Marr theory. The ultimate research goal of Marr theory is to restore the geometric structure of three-dimensional obje...
