Embodiment Construction

[0023] The present invention is a functional endophytic fungus (Penicillium sp.) that can promote the photosynthesis of eucalyptus, and the functional endophytic fungus is Penicillium sp. ( Penicillium sp. ) strain 7, the isolation and purification of the strain include:

[0024] A, material: collect the roots of the wild Eucalyptus dunnen and Eucalyptus eucalyptus with a diameter of less than 0.5cm, stem segments and mature leaves with a diameter of less than 0.5cm;

[0025] B. Disinfection: leaves are sterilized by soaking in 70% alcohol for 40s and 0.1% mercury liter for 90s; stems are disinfected by soaking in 70% alcohol for 30s and 0.1% mercury liter for 60s; roots are disinfected by soaking in 70% alcohol for 50s and 0.1% mercury liter Soak for 120s;

[0026] C. Separation: Insert the roots, stem segments and mature leaves of the wild Eucalyptus durnen and Eucalyptus urophylla plants through strict surface disinfection into the fungal solid medium for the propagation o...

Abstract

The invention provides a functional endophytic fungus for prompting the photosynthesis of eucalypt and application thereof. The functional endophytic fungus is Penicilliumsp. strain 7, wherein the preservation number of the strain 7 is CGMCCNo.4055. In the invention, the strain is obtained by separating and purifying from Guan'en eucalypt and eucalyptus urophydis, is inoculated on the eucalypt, is comprehensively judged according to each index of the photosynthesis so as to further prove that the functional endophytic fungus has the prompting function on the photosynthesis and has practical synergism on dry matters of the eucalypt, and the functional endophytic fungus capable of prompting the photosynthesis can be applied to the production. The strain has remarkable effect on prompting the photosynthesis of the plants and increasing the dry matter accumulation of the eucalypt; meanwhile, the invention has the remarkable effects on seedling tissue culture, radication and seedling hardening of the eucalypt.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a penicillium strain and application thereof. Background technique [0002] The study of plant endophytes began at the end of the 19th century when Vogl isolated the first endophytes from the seeds of ryegrass Lolium temulentum L. [1] . However, a large number of studies on endophytes in plants began in the 1980s, mainly in vegetation in temperate, subtropical and tropical regions. [0003] The predecessors can isolate endophytes from most plants, so it can be speculated that endophytes are ubiquitous in plants. Endophytes have been found in at least 80 genera and 290 species of grass crops worldwide [2] . According to their unique functions, the endophytes isolated from plants can be divided into: nitrogen-fixing bacteria, potassium-fixing bacteria, phosphorus-fixing bacteria and other plant growth-promoting bacteria [3-4] , Biocontrol bacteria with resistance to pests and diseases [5-8] and resistant bacteria that promo...
