Abstract

The invention relates to technology for preparing ethylene and propylene by catalytically cracking a byproduct C4 material in coal to olefine. The technology comprises the following steps for treating the byproduct C4 material in coal to olefine: a, making the material pass through a dehydration reactor filled with a molecular sieve; b, making the material pass through an organic oxygen-containing compound removal reactor which is filled with an organic oxygen-containing compound adsorbent; and c, making the material pass through a catalytic reactor which is filled with a catalyst for catalytically cracking the C4 material to produce the ethylene and propylene, wherein the step a and the step b can be interchanged. The technology provided by the invention has the advantages of effectivelycracking the byproduct C4 material in coal to olefine into the ethylene and propylene and well utilizing the byproduct C4 material in coal to olefine, saving resources and having higher economical efficiency and operability.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a technology for producing olefins by catalytic cracking of hydrocarbons, in particular to a process for producing ethylene and propylene by catalytic cracking of by-product C4 materials from coal to olefins. Background technique [0002] There are four main production methods of low-carbon olefins: one is catalytic cracking of hydrocarbons to produce ethylene and propylene; the other is catalytic cracking of refineries to produce propylene; MTO and methanol to propylene, Methanol to Propylene, MTP); the fourth is the catalytic cracking of low-carbon hydrocarbons to produce ethylene and propylene. [0003] With the continuous start-up of methanol-to-olefins plants in China, MTO and MTP plants will produce a large amount of C4 olefins by-products. For example, with MTO technology, the ethylene output is 300,000 tons / year and the propylene output is 300,000 tons / year. Produce nearly 90,000 tons / year of C4 materials. Among these ...
