A corresponding removing method comprises the following steps of: determining three sections of wavelength intervals with obvious near infrared absorption difference between the tobacco and the foreign material; and then determining the range of tobacco absorbance in each section of wavelength, wherein after the production process is started, the tobacco foreign material remover determines the foreign material only by judging whether the absorbance of the sampled material in the three sections of wavelength intervals exceeds the range and then gives corresponding jet valve instruction to remove the foreign material.
