Abstract

The invention provides a local exchange method, a control device and a system. The method comprises the following steps: detecting whether the voice versions of an adaptive multi-rate coder and an adaptive multi-rate encoder which are used by equipment exchanging locally are the same and whether the speed sets of the voice versions of the adaptive multi-rate coder and the adaptive multi-rate encoder have an intersection; when the versions are different, modifying the versions of the adaptive multi-rate coder and the adaptive multi-rate encoder to be the same; when no intersection exists, modifying the speed sets of the voice versions of the adaptive multi-rate coder and the adaptive multi-rate encoder to have an intersection; and building a local exchange between equipment which has the same voice version as the adaptive multi-rate coder and the adaptive multi-rate encoder and has an intersection with the speed sets.
