The invention discloses an air-free tire of replacing a TPR (Thermo Plastic Rubber) material with air, which is characterized by comprising a wheel outer tire (1), a wheel inner tire (2), a vacuum wheel tire (A1), a TPR material (3), an air nozzle (4) and a wheel rim (5), wherein the rigidity range of the TPR material can be selected according the size, the driving speed and the load of a vehicle; and an auxiliary member of the air-free tire of replacing the TPR material with air comprises a charging device, an inner thread air nozzle connecting sleeve (21), a circular base adjustable hook bracket, a tire pressure positioning and interrupting device, and the like. The TPR material is replaced with air to be charged into the wheel tire and has elasticity and shock absorption effects as same as air. The pressure of the charged TPR material is regulated according to the load and the required driving speed so as to reach a certain pressure for adapting to the requirement on the load of the vehicle. The tire is fearless of being pricked and can not be punctured after being cooled and cured as well as pressurized. The wheel tire always keeps equal pressure to ensure that the service life of an outer tire of the wheel is prolonged; and when the outer tire is worn seriously and can not be used, the charged TPR material can be fully recycled; meanwhile, the manufacture process of the tire is simple.
