Abstract

The invention discloses a method for ultrasonically extracting general flavone from chloranthus japonicas. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: smashing the chloranthus japonicas, sieving the smashed chloranthus japonicas through a 40-mesh screen, adding petroleum ether into the sieved chloranthus japonicas for uniform mixing, fully decolorizing the mixture, filtering the decolorized mixture with two layers of filter paper and vaporizing filter residues to dryness for later use; and correctly weighing a pre-treated material, adding 50 to 60 percent solution of methanol into the pre-treated material in a material-to-liquid ratio (g / mL) of 1:15-20, fully shaking the mixture, dipping for 1 hour and ultrasonically extracting at the temperature of between 55 and 65 DEG C and at the frequency of 40 KHz for 5 to 10 minutes.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for extracting plant effective components, in particular to a method for ultrasonically extracting total flavonoids of silvertracea. Background technique [0002] Response surface methodology (RSM) is an experimental optimization method that combines mathematical methods and statistical methods. It expresses implicit functional functions by approximately constructing a polynomial with a clear expression form, and is affected by multiple independent variables. Modeling and analyzing the response of the model, the ultimate goal is to optimize the response value. Due to the adoption of a more reasonable experimental design, the optimal conditions of the multi-factor system can be effectively and quickly determined in the most economical way. To put it simply, the response surface method is a test method that arranges all test points on a spherical surface. Under a limited number of experiments, a continuous variable surf...
